		<description>In China the rule it seems is that the one who gets there first has the right of way and pedestrians must beware because they will not yeild to you...also keep in mind that when a car flashes it&#039;s lights it is not to let you go as it is here, it means, I&#039;m comming through... get out of the way...If you catch a taxi, learn how to say I am not in a rush in Chinese...this might prevent you from having a heart attack...happy trails...</description>
