We had some real quality control issues with a Malay supplier. They told the customer about inhouse QC and they thought they'd be protected. Well a loss of $30000 later and use of our services ended in a us negotiating a part refund. The supplier wasn't able to produce what they claimed. People should make sure the are able to produce before sending money to anyone.
